Zumba – “Exercise in Disguise”
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.  Our goal is that you will want to work out, you will love to work out, and you will get hooked!  You will experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements!  This class requires gym shoes, or specific shoes for Zumba class. 

Modified Zumba
This class is the same kind of fun as the basic Zumba class, but in a toned-down version.  There is less intensity and impact, while still being very effective.  This class requires gym shoes or specific shoes for Zumba class.  

Boot Camp Toning/Pilates
This class will tone every area of your body.  We will use hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, benches for squats, regular squats, and a lot of Pilates for core strength. All of this mixed with some short intervals of cardio work, for a great fat burning class! Gym shoes are recommended.

Cardio Blast
This class will be a variety of fat burning and toning moves, including kickboxing, aerobics, and Pilates. Be prepared for a great workout. Wear gym shoes and cool clothing.

Hoop Dancing
The goal of this class is to make friends with your hoop and then simply go for it. Feel that energy connection between you, your hoop, and the universe around you. Allow your sacred self to let go and just dance within the swirling energy vortex of this powerful tool. Just as your path is your own, so will your pace be. Honor your process, and just go with the flow. The goal of each hour session is to leave you feeling at peace with your mind, body and soul-Leaving you with positive energy, a good workou,t and a fun way to look at exercising.

All cardio classes are structured for drop-in use. All cardio classes each last 1 hour.
