Yoga Classes

Intermediate Yoga—Medium/Hard to Hard

This class is for someone who is ready for more intense work. We refine and add to the basic poses. Basic yoga knowledge is recommended as a prerequisite.

Basic Yoga—Medium to Medium/Hard

This class teaches form and alignment of basic yoga poses.  Prior yoga knowledge is not required.

Pilates—Medium/Hard

This class is mostly mat work that focuses on strengthening the core—(Abdominals and lower back).

Our yoga classes are not based on religion, nor will they interfere with your religion.

 

All yoga and Pilates will have rest and relaxation at the end.  Each class last 1hr 15min.  These classes are done barefooted and need a yoga mat.  You can bring your own mat, purchase one from us, or rent a mat for $1.00.  Wear any comfortable clothing, but don’t dress too heavy, as room temperatures will be warm.

Yoga, Pilates, and more!

Gentle Yoga—Easiest

This gentle approach is ideal for a beginner, senior, or someone who wants stress relief.  We will focus on soothing, relaxing, and easier positions.

Belly Dancing

This class welcomes teens and adults in a fun, friendly, and professional class.  The class is not done in a learning progression format, so dropping in at anytime is appropriate.  Baring your tummy is not required, so wear regular, comfortable exercise clothes. 

Tai Chi

A beginner’s level class which utilizes moves derived from the martial arts.  Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes needed.  Prior Tai Chi experience is not needed.

Piloga—Medium/Hard to Hard

This class is a blend of Yoga and Pilates.  Some experience and knowledge in both is recommended.

Multi-Level Yoga

This class is a blend of Basic and Intermediate Yoga. Choices and guidance will be offered for you to best fulfill your needs and abilities.
